We strive to maintain high service availability with minimal interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to users. Major changes will be communicated to users in advance. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Payment and Subscriptions
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and all payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests. There are no refunds for partial billing periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible during any paid period.
